The PASMA Towers for Managers course is aimed at those who supervise or manage the use of mobile access towers but do not personally work on them.

Course Structure

- Theory-Based Training – delivered through classroom-style learning, including group discussions and exercises.
- Focuses on what managers need to know from the ground: how towers should be used safely, and what to look out for during inspections and supervision.

Course Coverage

- Roles and responsibilities for safe tower use
- Legislation, standards, and guidance
- Risk assessment and safe planning
- Recognising unsafe practices and preventing accidents

Certification
Successful candidates receive a PASMA certificate, valid for 5 years.

Duration
1 day (available in person or online with a PASMA instructor)
